Oyster Women began in 2018 as Pearls for Her. Over three years of impactful events, we noticed a gap: women were inspired but lacked the structure to implement and sustain change.
In 2023 we registered as Oyster Women Initiative Limited by Guarantee and launched our membership model. We rebuilt completely in 2026 — a harder, more structured, more honest community than before.
We are a community that moves. We set real goals, save money together, hold each other accountable, and show up when it counts.

Structure is the product. Without it, inspiration evaporates. With it, women change their lives.
Tuesday 6am Calls
Every Tuesday at 6am we gather. Goal setting, coaching, financial education — one focused session, four times a month. Non-negotiable.
Monthly Goals
Every member sets one measurable goal — financial or physical. You report back with evidence. Your cluster holds you to it. Publicly.
Monthly Brunch
In person, every month. A speaker, a member spotlight, a celebration of wins. Pink or orange — always. No excuses for missing it.
Collective Savings
Members save together through the Oyster Fund. Transparent, protected, reported at every assembly. What we build together, we share together.

- You can make a consistent monthly commitment and keep it

- You respect structure, deadlines, and consequences
- You will show up — to calls, to brunch, to your sisters’ events
- You have the humility to learn, even when you are already succeeding

New members join in October and April. Membership is by application and board review, so tell us who you are, what you are working toward and what you will bring to the table.
