Our story, our sisterhood.

Who we are, where we started and the women leading us today.

We are not an empowerment talk shop.

Oyster Women began in 2018 as Pearls for Her. Over three years of impactful events, we noticed a gap: women were inspired but lacked the structure to implement and sustain change.

In 2023 we registered as Oyster Women Initiative Limited by Guarantee and launched our membership model. We rebuilt completely in 2026 — a harder, more structured, more honest community than before.

We are a community that moves. We set real goals, save money together, hold each other accountable, and show up when it counts.

Over the years…

Every gathering, every pivot and every hug that brought us here.
